I want to get the spotify premium. I have recently purchased a new laptop and I got some information about free spotify premium. So please resolve my doubt about it.

I would guess any "offer" for free software is a Trial .

"Trial" generally means you can perhaps download the software - at least initially.

Actually using Trial software might be limited to accessing certain parts of that software or using the full program for a limited time.

Trial software is a "teaser" -- the company who sells the software wants you to purchase their product.
