Product: HP ProBook 4540s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi All,
I've been using "SRS Premium Sound" on "Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64bit" without any issue. It significantly improves the system sound and I used to customize it time to time. Still, I can open the panel and change the settings (Please check the screenshot below). But, since a few weeks or months, it does not affect. After searching online on HP forums and some other places, I removed the "IDT High Definition Audio CODEC" driver and re-installed it. But, still couldn't get it to work like before. I regularly update my laptop using "Microsoft Windows Update". Could it be related? Please help me on this matter.
