PLEASE PLEASE skip the "increase volume" and "update drivers". I have been searching for a very very long time, and still have no resolve. The what seems to be typical low volume on HP's with Realtek audio. It's hardly even audible. The only thing I found that makes hardly any difference is uninstalling the devices and deleting the drivers. After this, Windows uses a generic driver that slightly increases volume. Unfortunately, windows also updates to the craptastic driver again within minutes or hours...
HP???? THIS ISN'T A WARRANTY ISSUE! THIS IS A TOTAL FAILURE ON YOUR PART! CAN WE GET A DANG FIX?
Thank you
A very deaf artillery veteran....
