Microsoft Windows 11

I am a universety student and when we take exams we use a program that closes all programs and locks down your computer. The last few exams I've had I've gotten a pop-up saying "SmartAudio3.exe - Application error" and that the "instruction on 'something' refering to the memory of 'something else'. Memory could not be read". I have tried pressing OK to close the program, and I have tried simply pressing X on the pop-up but IF it goes away (which it often dosen't) it will pop up again after a few seconds. Does anybody have any idea of what I could do to fix this? The pop-up can't be moved and I would rather like to my screen.
