HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ar0004ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! Two weeks ago I bought a new  laptop HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ar0004ur.  I have discovered  a problem with microphone ( https://youtu.be/SAWcXzSWeXc - attach a link with a record). Sometimes when you enter a sound instead of a voice, you hear only noises. During these periods, the settings show that the sound enters the microphone continuously at maximum volume. I don't know what it depends on, because I didn't notice any regularity ( everything works normally from time to time). I tried to find the problem myself using the "Troubleshooting" options in the audio section and performed diagnostics in the HP Support Assistant app, but it did not give any result. At the same time, when you connect an external microphone, the same noises are always heard, only in the background. You can make out the voice, but the quality of the recording is damaged because of this. I would like to find a solution to the problem. Thanks

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Please update the windows update and check.

Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Please uninstall the audio drivers and reinstall the drivers. Also, update the BIOS.
