Good day, first of all. My computer is only 3 months old but the last 1 week where the headphone is coming from and it does not work and it does not work I probably do not know why the sound card is burned but I do not know anything about computer sound system etc I already use headphones I only used it last week The next time I turned on the system I had a slow opening and the headset stereo interference was broken and constantly fired up and the area warmed up immediately and the house continued to sound and the day was getting longer but the sound from my computer still came out normally but only the headset is plugged in. What could be the reason for this, and why is it corrupted and what should I do? I thank you in advance.

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...
Unlike desktops, laptops don't use "cards" -- so instead of a replaceable card, you have an audio chip that is permanently soldered to the system board.
You paid for free HP Tech Support as part of the warranty coverage, so you might as well make use of it.
While this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about troubleshooting and repairing your machine remotely. If the audio chip is faulty, they should be willing to replace the laptop at no charge to you.
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836
Good Luck
