I uninstalled my sound drivers because I had no sound and now it says no device found for either the sound or microphone in trouble shooter.

It had no sound and you uninstalled it, what is the logic behind that ?  Please try a clean install Audio driver

  1. Download https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp131501-132000/sp131797.exe and save on your computer
  2. Use Device Manager to uninstall audio driver (if any),
  3. Reboot machine,
  4. Install downloaded file above,
  5. Reboot machine.

Hope this helps.

Regards
