Product: PAVILLION 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sound fades within 2-5 seconds after pushing f6 to mute then i hit f7 to lower volume THEN VOLUME LOUD LOUD THEN FADES TO NOTHING OVER AND OVER SINCE I PURCHASED LAPTOP THEY DO NOT WANT TO FIX THE ISSUE
