Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T53AV)
Hello everyone
I hope you are doing well.
I have a problem with my laptop, and I would like your opinion.
I use my laptop bought two months ago, mainly for my DJ training.
Initially I was on a Mac (2011 model) but given the price of Macs currently I turned to a gaming PC.
I mainly use Serato DJ and Virtual DJ.
On my old MAC I have no problem, apart from the updated issue limits.
But on my Windows PC, randomly, I have the sound freeze as well as some cuts during song mixes (1 to 2 seconds) and this really bothers me.
Initially it was on Serato DJ (the software I usually use) but even with Virtual DJ the same issue occurs.
I tried to optimize the settings as suggested by Serato DJ (see link below) but the bugs continue.
https://support.serato.com/hc/en-us/articles/203057850-Optimization-Guide-for-Windows
So I would like to know if anyone has the same problem and if you have any solutions to offer me.
Thank you so much for the time you will spend for my issue.
