Hi guys, having a weird issue.
First of all my laptop wasn't booting up at all, no screen reaction when the power button was pressed even though it seemed to be charging. This was eventually resolved by holding down the power button for 20 seconds.
Now the speakers and microphone aren't working, the laptop doesn't even seem to register that they exist. I've manually updated drivers, I've tried rolling back updates, I've uninstalled and reinstalled various things but nothing seems to make it recognise its own inbuilt speakers and microphone. Any ideas?

Cheers.
