Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My computer had an update and then the sound stopped working. I have taken it to best buy twice where they can get it fixed, but once my computer is shut off the sound stops working again. I have contacted Microsoft and did their trouble shooting without success. My sound now states that there are no audio device installed. This has happened before and I managed to get it reinstalled, but still never worked.
