Hi. 

I own a HP Laptop 15s-du1xxx. 

 

I'm having some problem with my sound. 

 

Initially, my laptop could not locate any sound device.  I downloaded the appropriate Realtek driver but nothing happened. 


I then used the HP diagnostic tool and now my device does detect a sound device, but I still can't hear anything from it.

 

Any tips on how I can fix this? Is anyone else facing the same problem?
