Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a new HP Spectre laptop with 4 speakers in it. The sound of media that exist on drive or the sound of notifications windows/ test sound is great and appears to use all 4 speakers perfectly however when i go to youtube or netflix / hotstar online sites, the volume played there is extremely low and even the same file played on older pavillion g6 laptop works great but on this new laptop sound volume is poor in this case.

 

It is not resulting  in a good experience for me.

 

Can HP support please guide?
