I have a HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC Windows 10 Home 64-bit Version: 18362.418. It seems no matter what I have tried, I am unsuccessful at increasing the volume. (Too Low at Max.)

See if installing this W10 IDT audio driver and restarting the PC, resolves the problem...
