HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)

Dear HP Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding a persistent issue with my HP laptop, which has been present since the date of purchase. Despite multiple service requests and more than six engineer visits—including component replacements—the problem remains unresolved.

This ongoing issue has significantly impacted my productivity and confidence in the device. I had purchased this laptop with the expectation of reliability and long-term use, but unfortunately, that expectation has not been met so far.

I kindly request your assistance in providing a permanent solution to this matter. I would appreciate your advice on how this device can be made dependable for long-term usage. If the issue cannot be resolved fully, I would like to go for replacement using such a faulty device.

Please find below my details for reference:
Product Name/Model: 9D3N8PA
Serial Number: Removed
Case ID(s):  Edited
Date of Purchase: 26-09-2024

I look forward to your prompt and helpful response.

Best regards,
Sumanth Knvr
