HP Recommended

Just wanted to add that we purchased TWO 15" HP x360 Envy (Ryzen version) about three weeks ago for my twins off to university. One son uses Zoom and the other Teams. BOTH are experiencing this issue about once a day. The sound cuts out for a second then the speaker starts buzzing. Running the audio diagnostic in that state finds no problems. Only a restart stops it buzzing.

 

Elsewhere I've found several threads full of people reporting similar problem. Some people have found the Graphics driver dated June 24th stops the problem but that hasn't worked for us.
