Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I've a question about Speaker levels... My  NEW HP Envy has the speakers and volume set at the highest level.

Yet, my OLD HP, has FAR louder speakers.  I had both on at the same time, to compare - and a marked difference in volume.

 Any ideas ? 

HP Support did a number of tests, including BIOS  (?) , but no improvement.
