Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's not even a month and I am not able to hear the audio in my speaker only thing I hear is a buzzing sound but when I plug in my earphones it works fine.

I have even done the factory reset also still having the same issue.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

To resolve these issues, please manually remove AMD Audio Driver from device manager and then install the softpaq.

Click here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-13-ba0000-laptop-pc-series/32552516/model/3... to download the audio driver.

 

Note: If you have Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver install the latest driver from the above link.
