Hi Guys,

 

I recently have noticed an issue with my OMEN 17-cb0000nw laptop. 

It seems that the sound coming from the Bank & Olufsen speaker changes its volume by itself. For example, while watching a movie, I can hear that the sound is very low for a minute, only to change its volume back in another minute.  Sometimes for couple of seconds one speaker shuts itself down, only to come back after a while.

Note that I do not move this laptop anywhere, so there is no possibility of damaging anything by hitting the laptop into anything.
