Product: HP Envy laptop 15
I have a brand new laptop and the sound is terrible. The speak is 'vibrating' and makes the sound distort.
Id there something i can do to fix it or is it a hardware issue.
I believe it is on windows 10
I have tried it with headphones and it seems ok so seems to be the laptop speakers

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the audio from the laptop speakers.

What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you run the audio troubleshooter and it will automatically find and fix the audio related issues.
- Launch Troubleshooting by typing and clicking “Troubleshooting” in Windows search.
- Click on "Playing Audio".
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
