HP Recommended

I am sorry to inform you if you are like me and have been searching for why there are a set of keyboard speakers and they are not working, I've been doing some research for the past couple of days and even called customer service, not only was the rep very rude and said i'm a stupid 15 year old boy (of which I am neither), but I had to find through other people that HP is just lazy and left the speakers on there from previous or better models, every time someone asked support they just told them to check the drivers knowing dang well that they don't work.
