Spectre X360-13-4109no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I just got my new Spectre X360-13-4109no notebook. When I use my headphones, there's an annoying static/hissing sound coming out of them all the time, whether or not I'm listening to something. The laptop speakers are fine. Also, if I mute sound completely, the static doesn't mute. I have updated all drivers to their latest versions.

What do you think, do I have a faulty sound card or headphone port?

Thank you for your answers.
