HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cp0000 (2Q7W8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I am a professional DJ, I recently decided to upgrade my 8 year old laptop. Which I am currently still using on gigs. I have a new HP laptop that is less than 6 weeks old. I am using a Numark ns6 and virtual dj 2021. Whenever I connect the laptop to my dj controller, if the controller is powered on prior to the laptop. There is constant static, popping, crackling noise that comes through the speakers. This even happens if I hit the windows key. It gets worse when I start running virtual dj. It cause audio skips, pauses, and stutters. I have tried every troubleshooting step between Numark and Virtual dj to no avail. I have spoken to HP for over 2 hours to only be told it was a software problem. It is not. I have tried different usb cables, a powered USB hub, software resets. I have tried both available USB ports with no success. The hp rep told me since it was more than 30 days old I couldn't get a replacement computer, and since it was a software issue, I would have to pay for specialized hp care to resolve it. If I can't get a solution, this will be my 1st HP laptop, and my last hp product ever.
