Stereo mixer does not appear in recording function

The stereo mix function does not appear in the audio-recording control panel audio settings.

With the right button everything is enabled.

Windows 10 is updated.

Audio Driver: Realtek Semiconductor Corp.  6.0.8924.1 date26/03/2020

If you want this function don't buy this laptop.

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

It is the second laptop Model 15-dw1016nl  that has this lack.

I don't feel like doing any more experiments, get this laptop and post the solution here.
