Hi, I have a problem. Which of the two [ X ] is the right connector.

[X] TRRS: [OMTP] which one is right [CTIA]

Please elaborate on the issue you're facing with your Laptop. 

 

Also, there is no 'right' connector, it depends on the headphones.
