Product: HP EliteBook 840 G8 Notebook PC (26D62AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The laptop is new, I bought it a few days ago. I've tried recording audio into Whatsapp, and then thinking it was a connection problem, into sound recorder. The sound is like a phone when you are just on the edge of getting reception, intermittent and distorted. I'm not too happy about it! Any ideas?

Also, I've tried to contact HP live support. It seems to be pretty much impossible to contact them. Maybe the site is down - but distinctly unimpressive..
