HP Laptop 15-da0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good Evening,

I updated my notebook for the first time for just a couple minutes ago and the sound drivers has been deleted. I tried to reinstall it from this website  https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers and after the installation, it says, "The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.18362)".

In the device manager, this is the notice: the Windows couldn't find the drivers for your device. Look for the manufacturer.

Please, I really need fix this for don't late my studies.

Kindly provide a solution to this faster than possible.

Thank you

@MarcosDouglas

Please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

    (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
             https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp104001-104500/sp104405.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.

Regards.
