Hi dear colleagues.

This is one of the most intricate and vague cases you might ever encountered.

The internal microphone does not work, and it cannot be discovered by OS. Only Stereo mix is shown. When I tried to use external microphones (type-C or Combo), they do not work also. The drivers are updated, the BIOS also updated. When I opened BIOS, I could not find the checkbox of Microphone. Images are attached.

When I used a USB microphone, it works well but the speakers stop working. Laptop does not allow for USB microphone and speakers to work at the same time.

I think that the internal microphone was detached from the laptop. Has anyone gone through this weird problem? How to find my internal microphone? How to make it work again? Is it disconnected from the motherboard itself or is it completely damaged? By the way, the digital camera of laptop is working and record well but without any sound. Also, when I installed Windows 11 25h2, the same problem exists. New OS has not seen the internal microphone.

How to solve this problem O! brilliant engineers?

Thank you for any kind suggestions or solutions.
