@MahmoodHasanDip, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Incorrect Microphone Source Selected
Go to Settings > System > Sound
Under Input, make sure the correct microphone (usually “Realtek Microphone” or similar) is selected.
Tap the laptop chassis near the webcam to test for activity in the input bar.
Microphone Volume Settings
Click on Device Properties under the input device.
Click Additional device properties (right side)
Go to the Levels tab.
Make sure microphone level is at 80–100.
If there's a Microphone Boost option, try setting it to +10dB or +20dB.
Privacy Settings Blocking Microphone
Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone
Make sure:
Microphone access is turned on
Let apps access your microphone is on
Check individual apps like Teams, Zoom, etc., to make sure they have permission.
Audio Driver Issues
Go to HP Drivers and Software
Search for your model: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 (43F50AV) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
Download and reinstall the latest Realtek Audio Driver.
After install, restart your laptop.
Try the Built-in Windows Troubleshooter
Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters
Run the Recording Audio troubleshooter
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
