Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn1009ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have an HP ENVY x360-15-cn1009ng notebook. Unfortunately, the mute button only lights up when the notebook is switched off. However, when the notebook is switched on, the mute button no longer lights up at all. The button still works fine.
I've already updated the BIOS, reset the BIOS settings, removed and reinstalled the audio drivers and keyboard drivers. Unfortunately, none of this had any effect.
What else could I do? It's certainly not good if the button lights up all the time even though the notebook is switched off. How is that even possible?
