Product: HP Chromebook x360 14 inch 14c-cd0000 (4V269AV)
Operating System: Chrome OS

I never had a problem with my Chromebook until the latest update. The audio worked  fine on 3/16. The update to the OS occurred on 3/17, and I lost audio on all apps and websites. None of the help from HP helped, as the volume was always turned on, and all sites and apps had permissions to all audio. I am stuck since I need to use Zoom for meetings, and without audio I cannot do anything.
