Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is an LG OM7550K audio system, when you try to connect it to a laptop, it connects, but is not recognized as an output device. (there are no problems with headphones like this). I wrote to LG support today, they said that there was a problem with the laptop (since, perhaps, the SBC codec is missing). Friends, please help me solve this problem. I will attach screenshots
