Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T03AV)

is there any audio control panel like equaliser for my product? there is B&O but i couldont found the driver or software about it. they say hp audio swich and hp audio control i am using the lastes version of realtek audio drivers but  there is no software to control the audio. could you please help me ?

I don't know why B&O comes and goes on my machine anytime, un-controllable.  Please try to download and install

 

                 https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111235.exe

That doesnt work, i can see the control panel but it says unable to use.
