Product: HP ENVY Notebook - 17-n152sa (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - I have a speaker issues on my HP Envy 17-n152sa (poor quality sound, cracking, distortion)

I have checked drivers, BIOS etc. I am confident its a hardware issue.

So - I am trying to find part numbers (and suppliers) for replacement speaker set (left & right come as a pair and a subwoofer). Can anyone help?

FYI - The HP site doesn't seem to recognise my laptop, or serial number searching? So not very helpful 

The referral to a local parts supplier on the HP site turned out to be trade only!

Chapter 3, page 16 has the speaker part descriptions and part numbers you need:

 

(7) Speaker Kit rear speaker     813806-001
(8) Speaker Kit front speaker   813805-001
(9) Subwoofer                              813807-001
