Hi,

Please try:

  1. Select “Start” > “Settings“.
  2. Open “Ease of Access“.
  3. Select “Narrator“.
  4. Toggle “Narrator” to “Off“.

Regards,

BH

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More.

As I understand the narrator needs to be turned off and you need assistance with the same,

Although as I can see there are a few steps listed on the same post: Click here (if you haven't tried this, yet).

If you have tried the above steps and they haven't worked I would request you to reply with the product number and the windows operating system your computer is running on.
(ensure none of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email id, etc...) is shared on a public post.

Eager to help,
please reply for further assistance.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons, that’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!
Good Luck.
