Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi All

I intend to use my new laptop for the occasional DJ set.

I tried this for the first time on Saturday but the laptop would not connect to the mixer desk using a USB Type A (laptop) to USB Type B (Mixer) cable.  However my friends Win 10 notebook worked fine using the same cable.

 

Any ideas why I have this issue?

Your friend's machine has software & driver for the Mixer. Please install those to your machine.
