Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have USB ports two 2.0 them the 2.0 work I have tried plugging in an external mouse and hard disk they seem to work fine on the other two ports. The thing which surprises me is I have had a problem with the sound a to a new one for external headphone's Logi H340. i have raise request for same hp support but didn't resolve issue. this is starting to Windows Update latest updates of 2023.All other ports seem to work fine HDMI, Ethernet, headphone jack.
