Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey!
Have an HP OMEN.
Unable to install the speakers. At first, everything seemed to work. It sounded good, just as it should sound. But in the middle of a movie with Clint Eastwood as an old man who was going to help a friend bring his son home, the speakers stopped working completely.

Have since tried to install and change in the Settings, but nothing helps ..

What could be wrong?
