Unknown program playing the "Chimes" ringtone randomly

For the last few hours, every 5-10 minutes, some program on my laptop has been playing the "Chimes" ringtone (first one in the default ringtone list). The program in question isn't open on my laptop's taskbar currently, as it persists after a fresh shutdown. I know I haven't touched any of the ringtome settings, so I've tried searching for settings involving the word "alarm" or "ringtone" and that are set to play the "Chimes" ringtone. I was only able to find the settings to play an alarm for when a break starts and ends in Focus mode, which are set to "Tap" and "Descending", respectively.

Does anyone else know any other programs that play ringtones at all? Not necessarily "Chimes" by default, just any ringtone.

Do you have a Ring Doorbell App installed?

I knew someone that had a ring doorbell and the app would play chimes everytime it detected motion ...i.e. whenever a car drove past their house.
