Pavilion 15 cs3075wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Intel High Definition Audio driver that came with this laptop was not compatible with Windows 10 v2004 Feature Update recently released via Windows Update.  However, the Realtek HD Audio driver still works. The driver downloads page specifically for this laptop is only for version 1903 or 1909

Please alert your driver development team or department of this issue.

I need to correct my statement.

Feature update windows 10 2004 messes up the Intel HDMI audio which is installed with the Intel Iris Graphics Plus driver on the HP Pavilion 15 cs 3075 wm. After the 2004 update is applied it shows up as Intel High Definition audio with a Red alert symbol next to it in the device manager. An attempt to install v1909 of the driver fails.

I have a similar issue... Since the update, my microphone volume is really low despite sensitivity and volume being turned to full. Upon closer inspection my input device is now called '(Microphone array) Intel SST' when before I'm sure it was called something like 'Realtek input device'. I am sure the problem only happened since the Windows 10 May 2020 Update (2004), as I was calibrating the microphone recently to use with Discord.

I reinstalled the drivers available on the HP Support page (Realtek HDA 6.0.8773.1), including using DDU to do an excessively clean install... and the microphone (Microphone Array Intel SST) now is very soft, despite the sensitivity settings being up to 100%...

Where to get updated drivers for an HP Spectre x360, late 2019 model?
