Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP Omen Command Center is not working correctly.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you uninstall the HP Omen command center from the computer and then download and install it from the below link and check if it helps.

If you install the Omen command center from the link I have shared you do not need to download and install it from the Microsoft store.
Please help me with the product number for your computer so that I can assist you better.
Follow the steps in the below article to find the product details.

Why are you installing AMD drivers? Your computer has an Intel processor and NVIDIA graphics card.
I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Cheers!
