Hi guys

 

i recently formatted my zbook 15 G6. The audio drive previously is version 13. Now that i have a clean install of win10, im unable to update my audio driver to SP142821, which is ver 13. the current version is version 10. the setup file keep pause.

 

i have updated my window 10, and updated in HP support assist as well. i have tried uninstalling current driver, updating from device manager, troubleshooting, you name it. WhatsApp Image 2023-08-08 at 20.49.58.jpg

 

The audio still works in ver 10. its just that this version of the sound is too soft, or too low compare with the previous version that i used.
