Bought this laptop in September 2024 and been trying to get a streaming software Telestream Wirecast and am having a very strange problem.  We are using an audio mixer and a Blackmagic switcher which also has software that brings in the audio and video to the computer.  Now this equipment works fine with two other HP laptops so I know all the external equipment is good.  On the troubled laptop I can get the spoken word to record or to stream to Facebook and Youtube as well as the video but for some reason it is blocking music which don't make any sense.  I have tested the Wirecast software using the internal mic and speaker and it works, I have done the audio troubleshooting which found nothing.  Like I said all the external equipment, audio board Atem Mini Pro Switcher, three cameras, three mics works as expected on two other HP laptops.  I am beginning to think it is the new laptop but can't prove it.  This is driving me crazy so any help would be appreciated.
