Hi @satish1987,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the volume on your HP ENVY 360 laptop is too low, even when it's set to maximum, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue.

  • Check software settings: Ensure that the volume is not muted or set too low in the operating system. On Windows, you can adjust the volume by clicking the speaker icon in the system tray and moving the volume slider to the right. Also, make sure that any volume controls within specific applications are properly adjusted.
  • Update audio drivers: Outdated or incorrect audio drivers can sometimes cause volume issues. Visit the HP support website, enter your laptop's model number, and download the latest audio drivers available for your specific model. Install the drivers and restart your laptop to see if the volume improves.
  • Disable audio enhancements: Some audio enhancement settings can interfere with the volume levels. To disable them, right-click on the speaker icon in the system tray, select "Playback devices," right-click on your default playback device, and choose "Properties." Go to the "Enhancements" tab and check the box that says "Disable all enhancements." Click Apply and OK, then test the volume again.
  • Check for physical obstructions: Ensure that there are no physical obstructions like dust or debris blocking the laptop's speakers or audio ports. Clean the speaker grilles gently using a soft brush or compressed air.
  • External speaker or headphone test: Connect external speakers or headphones to your laptop and check if the volume is still low.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
