Microsoft Windows 11

I have just purchased new Victus by HP 16.1-inch gaming laptop 16-r1xxx one day ago. Its gaming laptop but audio is too low to listen. I have tried to uninstall the audio drivers, downloaded and installed latest from HP Site but of no help. It's simply frustrating me and thinking that I have wasted my money. Can anyone please help to sort out the issue.

Thanks for replying but sorry this could not help. Do i need to uninstall previous drivers or should I need to verify something else?
