I have already tried that, and the issue is across everything on the whole laptop, not just one browser.

 

HP are taking it back in to have a look at it on Monday. Fingers crossed!

It was affecting me across my whole laptop too, not just one browser. BTW I don't use Internet Explorer, nobody uses that these days (to my knowledge) but it seems to be an integral part of the Windows operating system at some level. After I followed the instructions and restarted, it fixed playback across my whole laptop.

 

Really sorry to hear it didn't work for you, I hope HP can sort it for you, I'll be in prayer for you, I know how frustrating it is. Keep us posted on this thread.
