Video play and pause continuously and touchpad also lags

My laptop keeps pausing and playing if I opened YouTube or any media player. I upgraded all the drivers, I formatted the pc, but it still exits, when I disable sound driver the video plays fine with no sound and touchpad lags bur external mouse works fine. anyone knows the solution. It would help a lot.

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

(2) Start Windows <device manager>

- Expand <Bluetooth USB>

- Expand <Mice and other pointing devices>

- Expand <Human Interface Devices>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>
