Hello Friends,

 

Need your help, after upgrading to windows11, Volume down is happening automatically.

when I increase the volume, system keep on decreasing to Zero.

Could you help, I have followed trouble shooting steps from support web, doesn't help.

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>

--->>> Send screenshot

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver 6.0.9183.1

 

(2) Restart Windows

(3) Test audio

(4) Please report your results
