Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello! I have sound problem. The volume up and down keys make the pop up appear, but do not increase or decrease the volume. The same thing happens if I do it by clicking on the volume controller. The volume only changes when I do it specifically in a program, or in a tab (for example, on YouTube). I updated the drivers using HP tools, but it still doesn't work. Any advice would be appreciated. Greetings
