Hi,

My computer has upgraded to Windows 11 and since then the volume has been extremely low. When the volume is at 100%, it's low and I can barely hear it. When I put the volume down to 30-50% I struggle to hear it at all, or there is no volume. My computer used to be loud at 100% and I had to turn it down, now I have to mute everything else to hear what is playing on my laptop. 

The drivers are all up to date and everything that has been suggested I have tried, except for a reset of Windows 11 and I am nervous about doing that, in case I lose everything. 

If someone could help me that would be brilliant.
